According to Diario AS’ Javi Miguel, Barcelona have reached a preliminary agreement with Hansi Flick to become their new manager.
Flick has verbally agreed to a two-year contract.
The agreement follows a meeting in London between Flick, his agent, sporting director Deco, and Bojan Krkic.
Flick has reportedly been learning Spanish since January, anticipating the potential departure of Xavi.
Barcelona officials plan to inform Xavi that his tenure will not be extended, with the announcement expected on Monday (May 27) or Tuesday (May 28).
